UNOPUEDE

An interesting and ongoing case study with color and form. Ive been so minimal on a color pallet for years now that I really just wanna explore more at times. Sometimes I get so obsessive on my own thoughts I completely over think something to death that it hardly seems interesting to me anymore. Anyways, back to this “piece” I did a few collages and made sure to save all my scraps down to the thinest sliver of paper, bunched them up and put them back into my note pad. OPened it up today and saw this beauty staring at my. I LOVE when things happen like this. The beauty of a mistake. An unintentional move on the chess board that ends working for you. This is number 4 of 4 in the last 2 months for me. The others are awaiting patiently for their public appearance. Kinda reminds me of a Robert Motherwell piece. Remarkable. -8.2012
